Cancellation & Returns

NUTRiHERBS believes in helping its customers as far as possible and therefore, has a liberal Cancellation Policy. Under this policy, cancellations will be considered only if the shipment has not been dispatched for the order placed with us via our website i.e. nutriherbs.in (“Website or Sub Website”). Once the shipment has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled. If we suspect any fraudulent transaction or a transaction that defies the terms and conditions of using the Website, we at our sole discretion could cancel such orders with/ without providing any notification to you.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

Our customer service team will process the cancellation and initiate a refund within three to four working days, if the order is not dispatched.

If the order has been dispatched and yet to be delivered, please do not accept the order and intimate our team. Prepaid order refunds will be processed as per the returns policy.
