    IT WORKS BUT YOU NEED DAILY HARD WORK

    If you are using it for a specific body part, be note. You will need to exercise for that body part. After this you will see that this Shilajit will have maximum effect on you. If you're sitting around hoping, forget it. Shilajit isn't a miracle, but it works wonders. Use it properly in your daily routine.
